In December 2007, a Greyhound bus lost control on an icy road, resulting in injuries to the clients involved. After a three-week trial, Ron secured a courtroom victory against Greyhound.

In January 2013, Ron successfully tried to verdict the case of Ken and Martha Zeiler, Joe Zeiler, and the Estate of Mary Mabry against Barron Thomas, Agnes Clarke, and Barron Thomas Aviation, Inc., et al. The lawsuit involved breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, and Ponzi scheme allegations. Ron secured a verdict of $867,880.00, which included punitive awards of $250,000.00 against the Defendants.

Bobbie Bush v. R&L Carriers
A 41-year old Mississippi woman was seriously injured when her pick-up truck rolled over after it was rear-ended by the driver of an 18-wheel tractor-trailer.
The jury in this case found that the truck driver, who had two previous rear-end collisions, was grossly negligent. The jury also found that his employer, Greenwood Motor Lines, Inc., doing business as R&L Carriers, was also grossly negligent in failing to properly supervise and train its driver.
The client was awarded over $4.1 million.
This case was also unique in that Ron held the largest in Texas privately held trucking company accountable under a finding of both general negligence by clear and convincing evidence, and gross negligence against both the driver and the company.

In April 2017, Ron achieved an incredible feat in Lubbock County, Texas. He secured the second largest recovery ever recorded in this notoriously conservative venue. Despite facing overwhelming odds, Ron successfully resolved a motor vehicle case, ultimately winning over $6.4 million for his client.

Max Kayem v. Randall Allen Gregg
On Nov. 22, 2020, plaintiff Max Alexander Kayem, 47, was driving in Dallas, Texas. Randall Allen Gregg was traveling in the opposite direction in the right lane. Gregg entered the left lane and crossed the center line, and he and Kayem collided head-on. Kayem suffered injuries of his
chest and wrist.
The jury found that Gregg was liable for the accident, under both negligence and assault.
The Judge and Jury concluded that Kayem’s damages totaled $496,385.69.
